1. Shipping Coverage Areas

Petals Paradise currently provides corporate and event floral delivery services exclusively across the National Capital Region (NCR). Our primary delivery zones include:

  • Gurgaon
  • New Delhi
  • Noida
  • Faridabad
  • Greater Noida
  • Manesar

For deliveries outside these standard zones, please contact your account manager to discuss custom logistics.

2. Delivery Timeline

We operate a strict SLA-backed precision delivery system for our corporate clients:

  • Standard Corporate Delivery: Guaranteed delivery before 8:30 AM on your scheduled days, ensuring flowers are fresh before your employees arrive.
  • Event Delivery: As per the mutually agreed timeline specified in your event contract.
  • Emergency Support: Same-day replacements are processed within 4-6 hours of the request being raised during business hours.

3. Delivery Charges

For our monthly corporate subscription clients, all standard delivery charges are fully incorporated into your fixed monthly or quarterly pricing. There are no hidden or additional shipping fees for scheduled contract deliveries. One-off event deliveries may incur standard logistics fees which will be clearly detailed in your custom proposal.

4. Tracking Information

Your dedicated account manager will keep you updated via WhatsApp regarding your delivery status. For large event setups, you will receive real-time updates when our logistics team is dispatched and upon successful installation.

5. Delivery Instructions

Upon onboarding, we collect comprehensive site access instructions, including security gate clearance, service elevator access, and exact placement locations within your premises. It is the client's responsibility to ensure our delivery team has appropriate access clearance during the scheduled delivery window.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to premises being locked, lack of security clearance, or refusal of entry not caused by Petals Paradise, the delivery will be considered fulfilled. Subsequent delivery attempts on the same day may incur additional emergency logistic charges.

7. Special Delivery Requirements

If your premises require specific safety gear, specialized vehicle passes, or strict temperature-controlled handling from the loading bay to the display area, please communicate these requirements during your initial free site visit.
