Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation rules differ depending on whether you have booked a one-time event installation or are on a recurring corporate subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation (B2B Contracts)

For ongoing monthly, quarterly, or annual corporate floral contracts:

  • Notice Period: We require a 30-day written notice to cancel a recurring contract without penalty.
  • Pausing Service: You may pause your service (e.g., for office closures or holidays) with a 7-day notice to your Account Manager. Paused weeks will be credited to your next invoice.
  • Immediate Cancellation: If you must cancel immediately without the 30-day notice, you will be billed for the equivalent of two weeks of service to cover pre-ordered farm inventory allocated to your account.

3. One-time Order & Event Cancellation

For large events, weddings, or custom one-off installations:

  • 14+ Days Notice: Full refund of advance deposit (minus any specialized non-refundable props already purchased specifically for your event).
  • 7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% refund of advance deposit.
  • Less than 7 Days Notice: No refund possible, as fresh flowers are pre-ordered from farms and logistics are locked.

4. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, you must send a formal written request via email to your Account Manager or to our billing department. WhatsApp messages are acceptable for pausing services, but full contract terminations require an email for your company's audit trail.

5. Refund Policy for Cancellations

Any eligible refunds generated from a valid cancellation will be processed back to the original corporate payment method within 7-10 business days. For subscription clients, final invoices will be adjusted to reflect the exact date of termination.

6. Cancellation by Petals Paradise

Petals Paradise reserves the right to cancel a contract or refuse service due to repeated non-payment, hostile treatment of our delivery staff, or impossible access conditions. In such rare cases, a prorated refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
